“We didn’t realise we were making memories, we just knew we were having fun.” ~ Winnie the Pooh.
Peaceful early mornings, evening conversations around campfire, marshmallow, outside movie under the stars, resting in a hot spa, riding through deep forest, visiting 13th century… Every friend group has a memory that makes everyone smile and never gets old.
Create the one in Mongolia- Dune curves, endless green, bluest sky, milky way, waterfalls, smell of rain, and no one in sight for miles… A combination of spectacular nature and memory-making activities/adventures will leave a mark on your heart.
The experience here is completely different from anywhere around the world. Experiencing them with your friends doubles happiness.
“The sand dune in the middle of the green grassland, blue dramatic mountains, endless steppe, and a green valley—untouched and unchanged…
Mongolia’s variety of landscapes is a treat for the eyes. The trip will start by heading to Khan Natural Reserve from Ulaanbaatar city. This place can be called an ‘Everything in One Place’ package—a spectacular combination of desert, picturesque mountains, a river, and green grassland.
Visit a Mongolian nomad family and then reach the sand dune by riding a two-humped Bactrian camel. Take a chance to spot wildlife from the saddle that would make safari guests jealous. Play fun games on the sand. Have your dinner outside—in the midst of a sand dune, green grassland, a river, and high mountains…”
“Head to the Orkhon Valley, a place formed by the unique combination of volcanic eruption and earthquakes (UNESCO World Heritage).
Can you imagine building your own home to stay in while traveling? A fully operational one that’s been used by nomads for thousands of years? And even more amazing, within 2-3 hours… This is something only nomads can do. Welcome to the world of nomads! “Building your own home in the middle of the Mongolian grassland with your friends and learning traditional games in the evening will be a completely different experience than what you normally have.”
The day starts with a peaceful walk to one of Mongolia’s most beautiful waterfalls. The view, the smell, the sound- everything in this place is holistic. There is no place like Mongolia for horseback riding. Heavenly grass smell, nature-made aesthetic color combination, and swaying trees in the wind are what you would witness during horse riding in the forest. Freedom, lightness, and undefinable joy are what you feel when riding through a wide valley.
Spend the second half of your day on horseback. In the evening have a rest in a cute little camp in the middle of the forest.
“What about relaxing your body in a warm Jacuzzi filled with natural medicinal springs, surrounded by a pleasant, verdant wooded area?
With YOUR FRIENDS, this is a day to rest your body and mind. This area is famous for old volcanoes that cause the presence of natural hot water in the springs. The springs also have healing properties for joint diseases and nervous system diseases. Enjoying fun conversations with friends in a hot Jacuzzi in the evening is one of the most desirable experiences. Enjoy the beautiful view of forested hills while relaxing in outdoor pools or recharge yourself in indoor baths.”
Reach to the place that was once the center of the world. Harhorin was the capital city during Mongol Empire- the biggest in world history. Here, also visit the Erdene Zuu Monastery which was the most important religious shrine in Mongolia for centuries. In the evening, find a spot to camp in nature. The feeling of aliveness, the appreciation toward life reaches the top when camping in Mongolian wild nature, combining it with a campfire, outdoor cinema, and telescope to stare at stars… and most importantly with people you like… You will remember this night for dozens of years.
“Last but not least, to add more flavor to your experience – art, dance, singing… It’s a day to explore how Mongolian nomads enhance their happiness and preserve their traditions through various forms of art and activities. When you arrive at the Mongol Nomadic Camp, you can enjoy ‘only in Mongolia’ traditional shows, including throat singing, biy biyelgee dancing, and the Morin khuur fiddle. You can also try your hand at archery and even ride a yak. This place will be the perfect finale to your nomadic journey.
If a Mini Naadam is on the schedule, here’s what it entails: Engage in an authentic Mongolian celebration to complete your journey. In the Mongol Nomadic Camp, a Mini ‘Naadam Festival’ will take place. This festival consists of three main games, referred to as the ‘Three Manly Sports’: Traditional wrestling, Horse racing, and Archery. These activities are not just competitions or fun games; they are a way of preserving the strength and integrity of the nation.”
